Mr. Patrick V. McNicholas

Patrick McNicholas studied at Florida International University with dual majors in Business Administration and Industrial Engineering. Upon leaving college, Patrick started Maverick Computers which has been listed as one of the fastest growing computer companies in North America by CRN Magazine. In 2004, the company was honored by CRN with being ranked as the #1 Solution Provider and the #1 System Builder in North America based on growth. More recently the company was awarded the "CRN Server Innovation Award" for developing a virtually indestructible server that is protected from accidental or malicious user contact.
In 2003, Patrick set forth on a mission to create a better telecommunications service for his customer base. Understanding that the Triple-Play of video, voice and data, would be the new frontier of the telecommunications industry, Mr. McNicholas set his eyes on surpassing everyone else's goals of just three services. Maverick Communications offers the original Triple-Play but is also accompanied with a suite of eight additional services making it a truly complete service offering. The company uses an enhanced aspect of the light spectrum in fiber optics to produce an incredible array of premium services including the world's fastest internet access for consumers at 45Mbps. The Maverick Communications business model won the company the title of "2005 NASBA Business Innovation of the Year." Maverick Communications is being deployed in North and South America.
Mr. McNicholas has now created - Maverick, The Software Company. This new entity was established to develop affordable software for businesses. With Microsoft commanding over 95% of office productivity software throughout the world, Maverick has created a suite to be fully compatible. The Maverick Office Suite has already passed all beta testing and now being prepared for launch in Q3-08' with enterprise software titles following in Q2-09'. Maverick Computers will be installing the office suite on all machines starting in 2008 while developing a solid channel distribution network. In the Q3-09, the company will launch their total computer solution with the OS, Office Suite and PC all built and designed by Maverick.

Mr. Geoffrey B. Sluggett
VP of Governmental Affairs
Geoffrey B. Sluggett & Associates, Inc. is a full service professional consulting and lobbying firm specializing in the areas of government relations, strategic planning, political strategies, state and local legislative regulatory action and land use and zoning matters in the State of Florida.
The firm's diverse experience includes governmental representation in the areas of wireless telecommunications, residential and commercial building development/construction, highway construction, transportation, insurance, emergency medical services, real estate, solid waste management, outdoor advertising, agriculture, engineering, parking management and public auditing.
Geoffrey B. Sluggett, President, has over 21 years of local, regional, and state governmental experience. Prior to starting his own firm, he was with one of the leading lobbying firms in the South Florida region. In addition, he served as Director of Governmental Relations for the Associated General Contractors of America where he represented the commercial and industrial construction industry. His past experience also includes legislative aid/staff experience with the Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners. Mr. Sluggett has been a resident of the Palm Beach County area for over 40 years and holds a Bachelors Degree in Public Affairs from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida.

Anita Schrubb

Anita's professional background includes working at the world's largest enterprise software company, Oracle Corporation as Managing Principle of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) applications. As the Managing Principal she led the process from creation of product to worldwide release. Anita brings a great deal of experience and expertise in sales and marketing, sales compensation, e-Commerce, virtual warehousing, Enterprise Resource Planning, order entry, procurement and inventory control. She has also presented new CRM applications to large worldwide audiences, as well as training internal sales, consulting, development, end-users in various applications at Oracle University and customer sites around the world. As a skilled technology trainer, Anita was presented with Oracle's top training award, Oracle Education Quality Club for excellence in Customer Satisfaction. Anita consulted with Deloitte and Touche exclusively with Oracle Applications and Professionals for Technology, where she was Director of Marketing in charge of logistics, set up and management of personnel for trade shows where she sold technology products and services. Anita is a Graduate of the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. As a spokesperson for the American Cancer Society, Anita participated in over 80 lectures to children about the dangers and ill effects of cigarette smoke and as a member of Junior League of the Palm Beaches volunteered for many programs that support children in the community.

Steve Cross

Mr. Cross is a highly seasoned, well respected, and extremely experienced executive in the Telecom industry. His 20 year background includes an Electrical Engineering B.S Degree from San Jose State University and a MBA from Duke University. He has held accomplished positions at Bay Networks (Director of Systems Engineering), Nortel Networks ((Director of Systems Engineering), Cisco Systems (Major Accounts Director & Director of Systems Engineering), and Hitachi (Technology Subject Matter Expert). His continued focus on the current access space and thorough understanding of the FTTP business from its inception 7 years ago has Mr. Cross deemed and noted as a highly valued expert in the field. His accomplishments in the FTTP field range from 5000 home Master Planned Communities with the top 5 builders in the nation to International premier resorts in Latin America, South Africa, and the Caribbean. We are extremely pleased and excited that Mr. Cross has joined the Maverick team as VP of Information Technology, where we can leverage his deep breath of technical skills, experience, and reputation as an "Expert" in the field.

Christian Gaviria

Web Developer
Christian Gaviria is a current alumnus at Palm Beach Community College, with a major in software engineering. Christian began working on web technologies from a very young age. He was hired to develop a presentational website for a non-profit organization in high school. He also developed a custom CRM application for a massage practice in Phoenix, Arizona, allowing clients to interactively register and schedule appointments with particular therapists from the website. Christian was also hired at a media/brand management company, where he wored with a team of other PHP developers in developing a tool for companies to have integrated media files, automated marketing campaigns, call source tracking, list management, and many other exciting features. We are excited to have Christian on the team.
